With an MBA in Management and a background in higher education, she brings a unique blend of structure, service, and innovation to the backend of the real estate process.
Alicia specializes in optimizing workflows, aligning logistics, and managing the infrastructure that keeps everything running efficiently—so our agents can stay focused on delivering top-tier service. Her work plays a key role in helping the team anticipate client needs, solve problems proactively, and deliver consistent results.
When she’s not streamlining operations, Alicia enjoys exploring the Lakes Region of New Hampshire with her husband, Andrew, and their dog, Rune, bass fishing, reading fantasy novels, and planning her next trip to the Disney Parks.
